Due to Steam being blocked in China, Tradeit users are experiencing issues logging into Tradeit via Steam, errors appearing on the trade offer page, and problems connecting to Steam. Since Steam's recovery timeline is uncertain, we recommend using an accelerator (VPN or proxy).
1. PC Solution
Install an accelerator to speed up the Steam store and community.
Recommended: Xunyou Accelerator, Tencent Accelerator.
*If you're unable to accelerate after installing the accelerator, try switching to a different browser.
2. Mobile Operation Steps (Mandatory if depositing/selling items)
Search for a mobile accelerator app (APP version) in the App Store and install it.
Once installed successfully, open the app, search for "Steam," and click "Accelerate."
After successfully accelerating Steam with the app, you will be able to use Tradeit normally
