I have made a payment. Why haven't I received the balance yet?

Your top-up is currently pending. You need to check your bank statement from Tradeit and enter the short code (usually starting in Q) from your bank statement on the Tradeit website prompt; this will release your top-up. If the short code is not working, please get in touch with our support team, and we will manually verify your card and release the payment instantly.
