Why don't I see my items in My Tradeit Inventory?

Updated over a week ago

If you can't see items you expected in your Tradeit.gg inventory, here are a few possible reasons:

  1. Items Withdrawn to Your Steam Inventory: Your items might already be in your Steam inventory.

  2. Trade revered by original depositor: The items were removed because the original depositor reversed the trade. Their account was banned, and your funds were refunded. You can verify this in your balance transactions - look for the entry showing the asset ID of the reversed item.

  3. Recent Trade or Purchase: If you just traded or purchased an item, it might not show up immediately. Try refreshing the page to update your inventory.

  4. Item Reserved for Over a Year: If an item has been reserved for over a year, we will remove it and refund its price to your balance to keep the inventory updated. If our logs show a withdrawal attempt for the item, no refund will be issued, and you will need to contact support for manual assistance.

  5. Pending Payment Verification: If you purchased an item with a card that requires verification, the item will not appear until you verify the payment method. Once verified, the item will be visible in your inventory.

  6. Checking the Correct Page: Ensure you are looking in your Tradeit.gg inventory. Sometimes users search for items in the wrong place.
