To request a refund, you must submit a support ticket.

Partial refunds may be granted once considered suitable.

Some payment methods are nonrefundable, please be sure before purchasing.

We can only refund the purchased amount back to the original source of the initial payment.

Refunds for purchased items are only possible in the case the item has not been taken/used or withdrawn from the site, and within 14 days of the sale.

A 3% processing fee may apply by the payment processor upon refund.

Issuance of the refund may take up to 2 business days - Depending on the payment method the return of the funds may take up to 7 business days.
