If you feel you need a refund and you fit in the conditions below, please get in touch with our support via chat or email:

  • Partial refunds may be granted once considered suitable.

  • Some payment methods are nonrefundable; please be sure before purchasing.

  • We can only refund the purchased amount to the source of the payment.

  • Refunds for purchased items are only possible if the item has not been taken/used or withdrawn from the site within 14 days of the sale.

  • A 3% processing fee may apply by the payment processor upon refund.

  • Depending on the payment method, the refund may be issued in 2 business days or 7 business days.
