Short version: Only your Revenue can be withdrawn. You can send it to your Store Balance instantly to spend on Tradeit, or cash it out to a bank account or a crypto wallet. Trade Balance and Store Balance are for trading and buying skins on the site and cannot themselves be cashed out. If your money is in Revenue, it is safe and it is yours.
Tradeit has three separate balances, and only one can be withdrawn
Nothing is lost if your withdrawal looks blocked. In almost every case the money is simply sitting in a balance that was never designed to be paid out.
Trade Balance. A virtual balance used inside trades, when your skin is worth less than the skin you want from Tradeit's inventory. It cannot be withdrawn. What is Trade Balance?
Store Balance. A virtual balance used to buy skins from the Tradeit store. It cannot be withdrawn. What is Store Balance?
Revenue. The real money from items you have sold on Tradeit. This is the only balance with payout options, and one of those options is sending it straight to your Store Balance to spend on the site.

How can I withdraw my balance?
Withdrawals are made from Revenue. If your money is in Trade Balance or Store Balance, see the section further down on why it cannot be cashed out and what you can do instead.
Sell your items on Tradeit. Selling items on Tradeit
Wait for the 7 day protection period to end. The funds only become available in your Revenue tab after it is over.
Open your Revenue tab and choose a payout option.
Follow the steps shown for that method and confirm the payout.
Payout options, as shown on the payout screen:
Store balance. Shown as Instant Payout. Your Revenue moves to your Store Balance immediately, ready to spend on skins in the store. There is no minimum and no processing fee on this option, which makes it the fastest and cheapest way to use what you earned.
Bank transfer. Minimum $10, 2% processing fee. Eligible countries only.
Bitcoin. Minimum $10, 2% processing fee.
Ethereum (ERC20). Minimum $10, 2% processing fee.
USDT (ERC20). Minimum $10, 2% processing fee.
Solana. Minimum $10, 2% processing fee.
Debit card. For selected countries, coming soon. The fee for this method is not published yet.
If you only want to keep buying on Tradeit, sending your Revenue to Store Balance saves you the $10 minimum, the 2% fee and the wait for a bank or crypto transfer.

Why can't I withdraw my balance yet?
Your money is not lost and it is not stuck with us. It is waiting out a Steam rule, and it will move to your Revenue tab on its own.
Steam applies a 7 day trade protection window to CS2 trades. During that window a trade can still be reverted, so funds from a sale are not available in your Revenue tab until the 7 days have passed. Only after that can you request a payout.
Please note that if you choose to revert a trade, your Steam account will receive a 30 day trade ban in addition to a permanent ban on Tradeit.
How long does a payout take?
Cash payouts overall: on average 7 to 10 days from the sale, including the 7 day protection period.
Crypto: the payout is initiated 7 days after you request it. If it has been processing for more than 10 days, contact our support team and they will check the status. How long will it take for my crypto payout to arrive?
Bank transfer: arrival time depends on your bank. Payouts outside the United States may take a little longer. If your payout has not arrived and the wait looks unusual, contact our support team.
Which countries are eligible for a bank payout?
You and your bank account both need to be in one of the eligible countries: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, Singapore, Mexico and Israel. Non-US payouts may suffer some delays.

Can I turn Trade Balance or Store Balance into cash?
Not directly. There is no way to convert either one into money or move it into Revenue as a balance transfer. This only works one way: Revenue can be sent to Store Balance, but Store Balance cannot be sent back to Revenue or cashed out.
What you can do is use that balance the way it was intended, then sell what you get:

Sell those items on Tradeit. The Instant Sell platform fee is 5% to 20%, depending on the item.
After the 7 day protection period, the funds appear in your Revenue tab and can be withdrawn.
Tradeit may decline an Instant Sell transaction if unusual activity, manipulation or fraudulent behaviour is suspected. This keeps the platform safe and fair for everyone.

Still cannot withdraw?
Check three things first: that the balance you are looking at is Revenue and not Trade or Store Balance, that the 7 day protection period on your sale has ended, and that your country is on the bank payout list if you chose bank transfer.
